3-months Old!

Kate is three months old today. Well, that is what I think. It has been 12-weeks since the day she was born. However, my mother says she is another month older on the 1st of each month because she was born on February 1st. So which is the correct way? Do any of you know?

Kate is totally a lovebug and super cuddly. Her new nicknames are milkmouth or mrs. cranky crankerton. She smiles all the time and loves to stand on your lap and look around at everything. In fact, she gets angry if you try to hold her where she can't hold her head up and look around. Sounds are getting more diverse and sometimes we hear "ahhhs" and squeals. I am pretty sure she will be walking and talking in a few more weeks.
