Good Friends

It is really special these days to have old, cherished friends that love and support you through life. I am very fortunate to have some people in my life that I can call old friends. Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a baby shower for my dear friend Jen to welcome the upcoming arrival of her son. I have known Jen since junior high and we have done a really great job of keeping in touch through the years and the miles since she now lives in nor cal. :(

Brooke is my oldest friend. Or should I say, longest friend. :) We have known each other since birth and grew up on an amazing neighborhood street just a few houses apart. I have been through everything with this girl! I just think the photo below is so touching and special - my childhood friend lovingly holding my sweet baby. Brooke is pregnant now and I can't wait to have our little girls grow up together too. (sniff, sniff)
